		<description>Nothing could be more true in the current economic climate.  The Wallstreet geniuses of the past several years are certainly singing a different tune and not the smartest guys in the room anymore.  I don&#039;t care what business you are in there is always someone to learn from.  As a transactional lawyer you are only as good as your experience and creativity in getting the deal done to best protect the interests of your client and anticipate potential problems.  Experience does not necessarily come from years of practice, but how much you are willing to absorb from your colleagues, adversaries, and peers.  Every time you are faced with an issue or wording of a document, you must seek other examples, ask for assistance, and be open to a better way of doing it.  Many lawyers think they can just plug the same old language into every real estate deal.  This is why there is more malpractice in real estate than any other area of the law and this is what leads to litigation.</description>
